Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions for using the sCloud platform and infrastructure.

This policy applies to all users of sCloud services, including but not limited to CDN, storage, APIs, and related infrastructure.

By using the services, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to the Terms of Service.

2. General Principles

You may only use sCloud services for lawful and legitimate purposes.

You must not use the platform in ways that:

  • violate applicable laws
  • harm other users or third parties
  • disrupt the integrity or stability of the platform

3. Illegal Content

Users may not upload, distribute, or host content that is illegal under applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • stolen or pirated content
  • copyright infringement
  • illegal media distribution
  • child exploitation material
  • content promoting criminal activity

4. Malware and Malicious Software

The distribution or hosting of malicious software is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

  • malware
  • ransomware
  • spyware
  • keyloggers
  • botnet software
  • exploit kits

Content designed to compromise systems or networks is not allowed.

5. Fraud and Phishing

Users may not use sCloud services for fraudulent or deceptive activities, including:

  • phishing websites
  • fake login portals
  • impersonation of individuals or organizations
  • scams or financial fraud

6. Network Abuse

Users may not use the platform to perform activities that disrupt networks or systems.

Prohibited activities include:

  • distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • network scanning or exploitation attempts
  • abusive automated requests
  • excessive API abuse intended to degrade service performance

7. Abuse of Infrastructure

The sCloud infrastructure may not be used in ways that:

  • intentionally overload the platform
  • circumvent platform limits
  • negatively impact other users

8. Content Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, store, or distribute through the services.

sCloud does not actively monitor user content but may investigate or remove content when:

  • violations of this policy are reported
  • required by law
  • necessary to protect the platform or other users

9. Enforcement

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in actions including:

  • removal of content
  • temporary suspension of services
  • permanent termination of accounts

sCloud reserves the right to take these actions without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform or comply with legal obligations.

10. Reporting Abuse

Reports of illegal or abusive activity involving sCloud services may be sent to:
